A second Stoney’s, sushi burritos and more Colorado restaurants opening this week

Uptown Funk

What the world needs now, is Stoney’s, sweet Stoney’s. Or maybe just a beer, which I think you can probably get at the new Stoney’s Uptown Joint. The smaller, second outpost of the popular Lincoln St. sports bar opens up March 8 in the former Argyll Whisky Beer space with the food and drink you expect at a place called Stoney’s. 1035 E. 17th Ave., Denver, 720-485-5503; stoneysuptown.com

Nori is the new tortilla

Besame opened March 7. 818 Lincoln Ave., Steamboat Springs, 970-761-2561; besamesteamboat.com

Don’t worry: there’s a Mushroom-Kale Flatbread on the menu, too. 2601 Canyon Blvd., Boulder
